In 1992 my wife was watching television and saw a free prostate examination offered. She suggested that I might want to take advantage of it. Although I was not aware of any problem, I did have it checked and lo and behold they told me, indeed I had prostate cancer.

The doctor who examined me said that although my PSA was not quite 4, he suggested very strongly that he cut my prostate out. I called Loma Linda Hospital and they said "come on down, we can help you!"

I had 37 proton treatments in early 1993 without any pain, loss of hair, nausea or loss of my manhood. I have never had any pain and all of my plumbing is normal.

The date of this writing is Oct.17, 2002, almost ten years later, and my PSA is 0.02.

I praise the Lord and the Loma Linda staff and hospital for treating me so excellently. I'm a happy camper!
